Mobile App Development

Good day Candidates,

I am new to this and don't know how much mobile app development actually costs, so my budget is not fixed.

This project will be in phases. For this phase, I am looking for a talented mobile developer, who can help us create an interactive mobile phone app - for Blackberry OS, iOS and Android OS. The app will enable users check and compare faces they snap and submit using the app. The app will integrate with the API of a face recognition technology company to do the actual check and comparison of the pictures.

Ideally, users will take pictures of faces they want to compare against our dbase and then submit it for check and comparison (against our dbase) using the app.

Developer should be very proficient in at least two of these languages {PHP, Python, Objective C, and Java} so that he/she can integrate with the API.

Developer needs to recommend and design database architecture.
There will be some interactive features – for example, the app could return 3-5 resemblances to picture submitted for check and comparison. So the user should be able to scroll and click on the picture with the most resemblance etc.

Bandwidth/airtime usage required to submit and receive data (pictures) should be as low as possible. App should also be small in size and fast.
