Mobile App Developer Experience with Phonegap for iOS and Android

General information for the app: Create reccurring events with reminder

Description of every page/module: Sign up on first open

- Collect basic profile information and accept T&C's

Initial Sign In on open

- Sign in to account (locally, no web connection)

My Profile Area

- Client add or amend basic profile details
- Email service team when user creates or updates profile
- View T&C's

My "Events"

- View, Edit and Delete Events

Add new "Event"

- Collect data for event (5 fields)
- Add Time and Date of Event
- Set 'recurring' - weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.
- Email event details to service team
- Create native reminder/event on iOS and Android.

Alarm functionality

- Reminder alarm to go off at time of event. This could be using the native iOS and Android event functionality, or a push notification from app.

- User to be given options at time of alarm. Option 1 will email service team with event details. Option2 opens event details in app to be edited.

You will be working with our design team who will provide all visuals, interactions and front end developed templates built in HTML5 / CSS3 / JS.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

- Must work without internet connection or web DB.
- Localstorage db or similar method preferred. Open to suggestions.

- Ability to create native, recurring events on iOS and Android.
- Alert when event is due - with yes/no options which action further events.

- Must email service team when a user creates or amends profile
- Must email service team with details when an event is created or amended

Due to the confidential nature of this project the exact page structure, data to be collected and requirements will revealed to our chosen developer.
Specific technologies required: HTML5 via Phonegap preferred. We will accept quotes for native applications.
Extra notes: Ability to work on-site on the Gateshead quayside, Newcastle-upon-Tyne would be preferred. We will also consider applications from talented, remote UK developers.
