Mobile and wearable app development

General information for the app: an app to read NFC tag information, record heartbeat and gps data and upload to a remote database
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: the app would need to read and record the information fromthe NFC tags as well as program blank ones with various information:

one to trigger a sign in into the app
one to sign out
one to trigger a start of an activity
one to record a mid-point
one to stop recording and save/ upload the data

starting NFC tag will have an additional information embedded, i.e. difficulty, unique id

the app would be linked with a social media website, where a user would need to register first in order to record the data.

once sign in, a user would need to "check in" to the starting NFC tag to start recording the activity.

the main app would need to be built for mobiles/ tablets and would need to communicate with smart watch or the smart wristband.

if a smartwatch can handle the same as the one for mobile, then i'd like this to be developed as well.
Extra notes: i would be really grateful if someone could give me an advice whether the above is possible, and/or propose alternative solution.
