MIgrate iOS Application from iOS5 (Cocoa & Objective C) to iOS 9 (Swift)

General information for the app: The app is a flight tracking application. It tracks real time location of aircraft all over the world.
Kind of development: Customization of existing app
Description of every page/module: I have attached a few screenshots of the current app. It is not yet on the app-store. (Development of the app had to pause for 2 years).
Description of requirements/features: These are too extensive to mention here. The details will be discussed in a meeting with an appropriate candidate.
Specific technologies required: Swift, Xcode, Universal Application Development, JSON
Extra notes: I urgently need a freelance iPhone APP developer to migrate a current application from iOS 5 to iOS 9. This will also include the creation of a 'Universal Application' from the current code-base.

The developer can work remotely for 4 days a week, but must work at my office location for 1 day a week.
