Make android application from jar file

Hi all... I'm looking for someone who can create an andoid application based on another...

I have the jar of the other application, have the manifest file, have the activities of the other application but not the code.

The objective is to create an application for 4.0.3.
Get the source code is a requisite.

The jar of the first application where created for android 2.2.

When someone make offers i'll send the files.
