Experience Level: Entry

I have been training a custom AI and need to embed it on my site. I've made it a good way through the process and I'm a bit stumped as to whats missing. Attached image of the current workflow I created using a free plugin (Zeroqode OpenAI ChatGPT 4o Vision Assistant) I just need someone to jump in and finish it off so the chat exists within the page.
