KPI Tracker App

I need a designer to quickly create me a simple app to track all of the KPIs on the attached spreadsheet. Each person needs to have an individual login themselves and be able to see the KPIs that are specific to them and easily adjust the numbers for each KPI with 1 touch, ie hit an arrow button up or down against each one.

I then need to be able to have a full view of all the teams KPI results on a table view similar to this spreadsheet that I can put on a master screen, I also want all the individual users to be able to see the full KPI board within their individual logins.

I need this App to be built ASAP, ideally by the end of this weekend.
