Joomla site with .pdf output

We are looking for a developer to create an additional feature for a Joomla based website, although it does not necessarily have to be joomla based, we require a database that allows an easy to use interface that will enable us to input a range of drop down choices for our users and ultimately produce a templated .pdf document, the system must have the ability for the client to upload a logo, and their contact details, so the client logs in, answers a series of drop down questions which have the answers in the database that we need to be able to populate with questions and answers in an easy to use interface, the client will finish the questions and then choose a template style, the system will then collect all the answers from the database to produce a finished .pdf, templated and containing their logo.
