IPhone / iTouch Application to support reveiw of house & work required

This is the first time I am looking at this technology. Don’t be put off by quoting a higher cost for job than the budget states if I have under quoted.

I am after the following.
- Users can use an application on their iPhone/iTouch to review the house.
- Room by room a picture is taken and comments entered per 5 fields (see word document attached).
- They can then complete which sends (if possible) in a Word format to their e-mail account / saves to a specified drive (unsure on this, but key is it creates an editable word document that can be accessed from a PC).
- User can then open the Word document as normal and complete the required other details, save etc

The application needs to be able to build the room by room picture, with internals & externals.
Delivery timescales are around a month, if you can do quicker, all the better.

Please only quote if you are serious you can deliver on all the above. This is a new application so we will also want to be able to work with the winning bidder to implement changes etc post
testing.

With no offence due to anyone, unless you write a proposal specific to the above your proposal will not be considered. I need to be assured you have understood the above and can deliver.
