IPhone/IPad App with website integration

Hi

I run the UKs most popular pet classifieds website around 2.5 Million monthly visitors.

I am looking for a talented and motivated ipad/iphone developer to write a ipad and iphone app which will enable users to search for pets for sale and adoption from data which is held on our mysql webserver. The app should also allow (if possible) people to register on our website via the app, and create new adverts which should also allow the uploading of photos.

I am happy to work alongside the winner to help integrate with our website/server.

Initially I would like to create just one app for the website, either an ipad version or an iphone version. They should both be very similar. After the initial app goes live, I would like to start the other app.

I have set the bid type to "Per Hour", if you could also give me a very rough estimate of how many hours would be involved in creating a single app, that would be great so I can have a rough idea of costs.

If you have Graphic design skills that would be a slight advantage,m although not necessary as I have a graphic designer who is currently designing the look and feel of the app.
