IPhone Image Management Programming

I have a team working on an iPhone App who have hit a roadblock on Image management .. the speed of image upload is very slow and images are being rotated. I need an expert to contribute to this element of the development to get the app into the Apps Store approval process.
I\'m looking for someone who can write one or two modules of Objective-C code to replace the Objective-C code that works but not very well.
