Iphone application word game

I'm looking to get my idea developed into an iphone application. It is a word search/creation game centred around a random set of letters which are generated by the application with which the player(s) has to find as many words as possible within a set time. There needs to be a mechanism that will allow the words created to be quickly cross checked and verified with a dictionary and there must be a social networking/collaborative element to this game which will allow multiple players to play against each other and/or help each other. The application needs to look slick and eye catching (not garish and cheap). Money is not an issue for someone with the right ideas, approach and skillset. I have a much more detailed spec to disclose to the winning bidder. Another pre requisite is for the winning bidder to be willing to sign (scan and email back) a non disclosure agreement to keep the project details confidential and to acknowledge that the copyright to the finished application is also not in issue and will be held by me.
