IPHONE APP

I am looking to have an iphone app developed.

I would like the app to link in with the friends area in facebook. I have been told this is possible using facebook platform and quite simple for someone to do if they know what they are doing.

In other words you would download your facebook friends to your iphone. The app would list these friends with a tick box next to each name where you can select a friend/friends. Notification would then be sent to your friends saying that you have downloaded this app.

Could you give me a rough price based on this information and how long something like this would take.
