IPad App Developer

We require a developer to create an iPad app with the following features. All the design work will be provided for this:

- Approx 12-13 screens
- Animated entry screen (just a couple of dice rolling around, needs to be created by developer but we have all the artwork required)
- Web based CMS that allows for the app to be updated - happy to use open source for this...
- Specific area of app that allows members to access only - 2 different members levels are required - one will allow complete access of the the restriced area, the other will only allow viewing of certain screens.
- There will be a couple of graphs that when touched will allow the user to view an animation.
