IOS newsstand magazine app

Hi this is just to put some feelers out there.

If we give you a .PDF magazine and tell you to turn it into a slick magazine using iBooks so the pages can turn like a real book etc.. it will get rejected by the Apple app store on the basis it doesn't have any useful features etc.. so we assume it belongs on newsstand instead but if we give you the .PDF magazine we would need you to make it compatibale with newsstand;

Add a key to your app's info.plist to enable the app to appear in Newsstand and enable background downloads.

Build an icon appropriate for Newsstand display in addition to your standard app icon and define a few additional info.plist properties to identify it and determine how it's displayed.

Register for Newsstand Push Notifications (the process is very similar to standard Push Notification registrations introduced in iOS 3.0).

Add routines to update your icon and badge to reflect new issues as they arrive.

If you do the above will it be likely to be accepted?
