IOS App to view and record RTSP stream on device

General information for the app: View and record an RTSP stream on the iPad
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of every page/module: Simple App that would allow the viewing of an RTSP stream and the ability to record the stream to the device while it is being viewed.
Description of requirements/features: Add in the RTSP URL manually and save this for future use.
The recording would automatically stop if the connection to the stream was lost.
Ability to change the latency of the stream from as close to real time as possible (4-5seconds), up to 30+ seconds.
Recorded streams playback in the App and can be shared via Airplay or similar.
No need to check for adequate storage space to record the stream, this would be a human check before beginning.
Extra notes: Media Player Light - found on the App store does the above without the recording function. The recording and playback of the recording is an essential part.
