Ios, andriod, blackberry app

I need someone to make a mobile app for me .
I have a database with contact information, and the app is like a yellow pages , which the mobile user can search for numbers while querying the database. I want to be able to make updates from a central web interface and be able to send updates to every user that uses the app.

I also would like to be able to track the activity of the users also. what they search for .. .maybe their phone number, their carrier, some info.

Later I would like to upgrade this app so people can make searches by voice-activation, but this is a later phase.
