IOS and Anodroid app with gallery and push notification

we want Android app with our product Gallery and ability to send Push notification to all devices the app is installed in.

Product gallery to be managed via cms,( will have categories / sub categories ) and the push notification which we will send out every month, would lead the user to the newly launched product page, with three images of the new product as well as a comment box

that'l be all!

need the same for iOS and blackberry
