I have a web application using php/mysql. This application has a table consisting of airports and fields with airport information.
I need a mobile application that will initially allow registered users to select an airport(via Dropdown) and via a view form read the airport information that is stored. There is no requirement to edit or add data. Only to view.
The application should be available both online and offline. When online it should synchronise with the server for updates.
In addition i want the user to be able to complete a report form with feedback on that airport.
Web Service must also be provided.
