Ionic + meteor - native Map (ios and android)

General information for the app: native maps module
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I need someone who has experience on Ionic, to :
- use Meteor
- Create an App and include a native Map (working on iOS and Android), like : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C4iYRzAkqE0
- The map has to be totaly smooth, not slow
- Implement a nice effect of zoom on actual geo-location coordinates (like video)
