Ionic + firebase project

I already have full designs for the app and the idea is start asap.
i just have one month and i will provide full html on app (i want ionic app not web app)
Resume about the app:
* has payment inside the app (we could use stripe or paypal)
* the app has two roles (this roles has different menu, then we could create or two apps or just work on the same app but changing the menu for that two different roles.
* has some kind of chat.. is not a real chat because all guys chat with the admin for ask questions.. not possible chat one user with an other user.. always chat with the admin and admin get that messages on website.. not on app.
* rest sections of the app are not complicated. I will provide full designs once we chat

My budget is fix but if our relationship is fine we could provide more projects. In fact we have 2 new apps that we are closeing that we will need to develop soon.
