Ionic 5 SQLite app performance optimization

We have an existing mobile app based on Ionic 5 framework (on capacitor), using the SQLite cordova plugin. Most of the functionality is built already, but we now need to do some UX speedup. It may be related with data fetching from SQLite.

If you have experience with profiling/analyzing/optimizing general Ionic/Angular mobile app performance and specifically SQLite tweaking, we are looking for you.

Some other requirements:
- proper englisch (writing)
- inform about work status once a day at least
- being available for 20h a week at least
