Install & Modify A C# Xamarin Mobile App Connection SQL Server

I need a Programmer who has well knowledge of C# .NET Framework -Xamarin.

For this project the knowledge requirement needed is Xamarin for ANDROID IOS & UWP in order to connect with a SQL Server that is sitting on a VPS at this point it needs to be executed in an APK file with Visual Studio.

The Mobile App needs to connect to the database with the connection string by successful log in ,Sign Up feature /Button needs to be added to the mobile app for users to register and connect with their own profile instead of using the main admin account. API knowledge is required as well.

Users must have restricted content to only access items that are displayed and not access additional features for Admin control

Full Manual will be provided and all source code with SQL Script will be in a zip folder on the VPS .

Developer can connect via the remote Desktop connection with the given IP Address

At the end of the project i need a mobile app for Android and IOS successfully connecting to the SQL Server Database and can insert data
