Description of requirements/functionality: I need the -(void)spinWheel method in SpinningWheelLayer.m implementation completed so that the CCSprite, wheel, (which is an image of a wheel) rotates and then stops in one of 8 random positions (45 degrees, or 90 degrees, or 135 degrees, and so on)
