I need to publish my app in an old play console account

I am looking to publish a mobile application on the Google Play Store without going through the closed testing phase. Due to account restrictions on my developer console, I am unable to directly publish to the production track. Therefore, I am seeking an experienced Android developer who has an active Play Console account without such limitations. The selected freelancer will need to give me admin access to a draft app in his Play Store account. Quality assurance and release management will also be handled by me to ensure there are no bugs or issues upon launch. Payment will be provided once the application has successfully gone live and is available for download. Priority will be given to candidates with a verified Play Console account in good standing and a track record of successful app publishing projects. The goal is to have this application available to users as soon as possible while avoiding closed testing if it can be circumvented through an alternative account.
