I need to make an IOS app`

I am interested in making an IOS app. This is a very basic app. The user would enter a fixed daily rate and bunker prices and then the app would calculate freight rates for many routes whose formula would be provided by me during app development.The app would thus display freight rate and few scenarios.Later i would need to help to upload to apple store and also need to create and store login details of customers.
