I need to develop a Excel Macro

1.The Original data is in sheet "Original Data"
The macro should do the following:
2.Insert three columns in "Original data" sheet i.e.columns K,L and M
3.Name the columns as "Month","Year" and "Month and year" respectively
4.For all the rows in Columns "Month",take the First two characters from the column "Line Amendment Year & Month"(column J) of the "original data" sheet
i.e you can used the LEFT() function in Excel
5.For all the rows in Columns "Year",take the last four characters from the column "Line Amendment date"(column I) of the "original data" sheet
i.e you can used the Right() function in Excel
6.Once this is done use the copy and paste special function as Values the entire sheet data so that the formulas disappear and excel pastes them as values.
7.Delete column K i.e.Month and save the sheet.
