I need to design a Android app

General information for the app: The app is a train and bus time tracking app
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of every page/module: The app is to track the buses and train times and routes specific to Mumbai
Description of requirements/features: 1. The app should allow you to select the two and from station/stop
2. The app should show the trains/bus between the two stations/stops based on time. ie. If the search is run at 1:00 pm , the app should show the time of the nxt train/bus and the proceeding trains/bus
3. The app should show the time to the next train/bus
4. The train should show the platform/bus stop location
5. Incase the trip involves interchanging the train/bus, the app should indicate the same
6. The app should allow you to save a trip
7. The app should provide the administratior to add/modify the train and bus timetables etc
Extra notes: 1. I will provide you all the designs of the page
2. The app should be complete in 2-3 months
3. I will provide you all the data ie. train timetables and bus timetables
