I need consultancy on converting ASP files to ASPX

We own a website dictionary plug-in which was originally coded in PHP. Unfortunately most of our clients use ASP or ASPX based content management systems. We had the external website code converted to ASP, but now we need it working in ASPX. What would be even better is if we could make the site work without linking a code, though we don't know if this is possible.

We need someone with the relevant technical skill to provide consultancy on how we can make this work.
