I need assistance running a basic script with Android Termux:Task

General information for the app: I currently have a script that is producing errors which I don't understand
Description of every page/module: I require someone experienced with:
- Running scripts
- Using Android Termux (or terminal)
- maybe some knowledge of python.

exec(filename):Permission denied

I have installed a tool which works when writing the command but won't let me automate the execution using tasker (which I have purchased).

I am able to share my login details with you so you can control my mobile.

I have attached a screenshot of the error I am getting (the script runs fine when i just type python main.py)
