I need an existing application modifield to allow resizing of images client side

I have a web application that allows the user to take photographs on their mobile and upload them to a website. It works well if the size of the uploaded image is less than 2Mb – if it’s more the upload fails.

The application is written using jquery and jquery mobile

I have two amendments I would like done:

I need a developer who can take what I already have and develop it to resize the images client side before upload. I would like to image to be a maximum of 600 x 400.

The second thing is to make the application print via Bluetooth to a Seiko DPU-S445 printer. I’m not looking to print the images – just formatted text and maybe a barcode.

My preference is for a UK based developer but will consider others if they have the necessary experience.

The task here is to upgrade what I already have on the web – anyone who can also convert it to an android app will jump the queue.
