I need an apple store app that links to music.

I want an app developed for Apple store. I want to develop an app that will link to youtube to play songs (without adverts) that I will provide a playlist for. The app will have 10!different types that will have specific music on.
Tell me how fast you can develop this and if it is possible to have it without the youtube ads. Spotify it any other music source that has music without adds is also ok. I want it to be easy to use, and appealing. If you can link this app to android as well and interface between the two to communicate then double the price.
