General information for the app: The app gives reader information on the usage of different services

Description of requirements/features: I have published a book called - Mobile Phone Safety, which contains a chapter called - 3 R's of Safety
This chapter has a list of things a cell phone user can do to reduce the exposure to mobile phone radiations.
Out of these some can be quantified, for example:
The duration of use
Use of Speaker phone during call
Use of headphone during call
and so on
It could come to 6-10 factors.
I want to provide a quantification of this usage and help the user understand whether he is using the phone more than acceptable levels.
For example,
The duration of use can be broken down into - Use for calls, use for games/apps, and switched off/aeroplane mode.
These data need to be presented separately in a beautiful appearence and collectively, with a warning using color codes and text to show whether the usage is too much or acceptable.
I wll be providing all the information with every detail required.
