I need a widget

General information for the business: Information display software
Num. of modules: 1
Description of every module: I need a widget that shows currency rates.

Must take the following parameters:

* Base currency
* Currencies to compare

Must display the exchange rates of various currencies relative to the base currency (e.g. 1 USD = 8.5 SEK, 50.8 RUR)

Must update periodically

Must be able to display any number of currencies (font size gets smaller to compensate to a logical minimum based on box size).

The widget will take 2 parameters via GET: base currency (3 char currency code) and currencies to compare (array of 3-char currency codes)

Must be able to scroll if number of currencies selected exceeds the size of the widget at the minimum font size.

Widget will be displayed in an iframe of variable size. Importantly, the widget must scale to fit the iframe and look good at any size (responsive sizing)

We need it to be beautiful. This will be publicly displayed and has to have a wow factor.

We have a requirement for lots of widgets (over a hundred different ones) and this is the first.

If you are unsure on smallest size, it needs to be able to start small i.e. as an idea on my laptop I would want to place anything from 35 of them (7*5) down to 4 on a screen with the font size growing to accommodate the changing size and it needs to be able to accommodate any number of currencies.

I have no idea what the price of one of these runs out out of the US, Philippines, India, Kenya etc., so please just price it as is appropriate to you.
