I need a mobile application for a Christian magazine for kids.

Hi we are a non-profit Christian magazine for kids.
We have our own website which is www.awlaad.com and we want to create a mobile app for this magazine.

1- Must be Arabic English application with a default Arabic interface. (I can help in Arabic fonts …)
2- The Apps will be made in iOS & Android -. Not any other technology.
3- Must be a friendly and easy use for kids.
4- Must be easy to edit as I will add the new vol of the magazine by myself so the developer must show me how to add it by myself,
5- Open source not a locked one.
6- We are using a program " Flip PDF Professional" so you will find the samples of the file that what the file will look like in the attached file so you will use it in the application.
7- The application must use the same technology which is a flipping pages like the website.
8- I will send our logo to use it in the application.
9- The application must be compatible with all versions of android and IOS and tablets.
