I need a GPS mobile app

I want to develop an Android and iOS mobile app that uses GPS technology to track the location of a user. The app is basically for family security. Users should be able to register or login. Once logged in, they will register their friends or family members phone numbers. Users can only view the location of registered phone numbers. Users should also register at least 4 numbers of their close relatives or close friends who can help them in emergency situation. These 4 numbers will receive their current location details every 5 minutes when they are in emergency.
The app should be to view the location history of users for up to 90 days. The location history will be stored in a database. Users can also set geo-fence so they can receive alerts when their loved ones enter or leave a particular location.
The app will have an emergency button which when pressed, the app will send the current location to the registered emergency numbers.
Registered contacts can view and share location details.
Users can hide the app icon from their phone.
Users can also view the route through which someone travelled to a recent location.
The app should continue to send location updates once the emergency button is pressed even if the phone is switchef off until the stop button is pressed .
This is by no means very compulsory. Somethings can be removed and some added.
