I need a game made

Hi

I want a game made for android preferably made in action script 3/adobe air so we can deploy on some online portals also.

The game is fairly simple, I don't want to leek to much infomation but I will explain what features are needed.

The game will be 2D and infinite horizontal, Have to dodge bullets and other objects, After so much distance travelled there will be a store where you can upgrade, Upgrades such as speed and lives ect.

Another feature will that you can bomb structures on the ground.

I will give a GDD to the person who starts working on this.

I will supply music, sound effects and most art.
