I have a small Yii Application with a small Bug

I have a Yii application that takes in .xls spreadsheets and manipulates the data held within them and outputs a statement.

I have recently moved the location of the App to a new domain and it now has a bug or two. I can not upload the spreadsheet to the application. I would like you to be able to have a look a the application and see if the problem can be resolved.

Following this there may well be some further development of the App to do if you can understand how the app functions and what it does.
