HTML5 JS SPA Web application, signalR

I need a developer to help build some further HTML5 JS SPA Web pages to run on mobiles (Android/iPhone). The screens needs to be tested across browser on iPhone and Android but I have working demo site included.

Needs to be done within 2 weeks. the job is to just reengineer client side script and will work against an existing server that is already written. Remote desktop access will be given to box. All the Mapbox mapping client side code is done and example code for SignalR works in the demo site

I have attached screenshots, the demo site has the server requests that would be called by new screens so I need someone to add "search for address" screen and show the lists of addresses as returned from the server (JQuery and JSON.. again the demo has the response format)

4) is user sets focus on select address, next screen
5) drag map and it looks up address, can fly map to current location and looks up address
6) user starts manually typing, next scree
7) as user enters lookup address
8) address selected, back to screen 1 with address showing
9) user can add another address, or delete current one
10) many address can be added (needs scroll if too many)
