HTML generator for ebay listing designs (web application)

Hi,

We need a simple ebay listing management web application created for us so that our clients can edit their ebay listings much easier and do not need any HTML knowledge. So basically a wysiwyg editor.

This listing tool should follow the following process:

1] client will login with in the system .. The access will be generated by me as a super admin. (via email address and password)
2] The clients then can create/edit/save and delete listings
3] The clients can feed in texts and images in respective sections (our master HTML template will be tagged)
4] the clients can preview the template before getting generating the HTML code
[5] on confirmation the client can download the codes for the respective template
6] Logout button

So we would design the ebay template and convert it to HTML before hand, then we would add in tags in certain sections where the template can pull in information from the fields in management tool. So in effect, we will create a master template for each client.

We want a friendly interface, simple process for client. This should be a web application where clients can login to the application through our website. Each client will have their own access. The interface does not have to be same. We will design a simple interface for client.

The application will need to be compatible with linux hosting and you should have experience in php javascript etc.
