Help with notifications, Apple & Android

Hi there,

We are currently experiencing issues with our app and notifications.

On Apple, they are not 'popping up' or appearing in the notification area anymore.

On Android, on some handset, they don't appear in the top notification section and the app icon counter doesn't count up.

The setup includes the following:

Ionic Framework: @ionic/angular 4.11.13
Cordova Platforms: android 13.0.0
NodeJS: v16.20.2
npm: 8.19.4

We use firebase for notifications, it was previously working, but now after an update it isn't on seemingly all apple devices, and some android devices.

Please indicate an estimated timeline when registering interest for this project
