Help with developing an Android Phone App

General information for the app: Exporting information from the mobile phone
Kind of development: Customization of existing app
Description of requirements/features: I’ve been developing an App in Eclipse and I need help in finishing it.

This is the specification of my App.

1. I want to be able to create a list of all of the contact names and other available details in my mobile phone and send them by e-mail to my own e-mail address for me to download on my computer.
2. I want to be able to export the e-mail settings in my mobile phone and send them by e-mail to my own e-mail address for me to download on my computer.
3. I want to be create some display screens which contain instructions.

I have problems in various areas and I need someone knowledgeable in Android development in Eclipse to guide me and help me through my problem areas.

I can share screens in Skype or we could use TeamViewer to communicate. I also have an overhead projector of the type which shows the screen of my mobile phone.
Specific technologies required: How to export e-mail setting and contact data from an Android device
Extra notes: The budget I've quoted is flexible. I'm expecting that the person who responds will know where I need to look and what to do and will act as a guide to put me on the right lines during a series of half hour or hourly sessions.
