Help from Experienced web developer to create a specification for complex web application

I am seeking help from an experienced web developer to help me put together a specification for a complex web application.

I have the general idea of what I require and I know that most elements are achievable, but I want to put it all down in a specification document that will be meaningful to a programmer and will give me the best chance of being able to communicate my requirement into realisation for the best possible price.

The idea of this job is for the successful freelancer to help me only with the specification. I will then put the job out for bids separately.

To qualify for the position I will need you to demonstrate your programming skills and your understanding of what is needed in a good Specification.
