GPS enabled mobile app framework

We\'re a new startup looking to create a framework for an app that we can re-use and easily customise for different purposes, with the main feature of the framework to be the ability to use the GPS capabilities to provide, guide and follow pre-defined routes. Ideally each app would be easily maintained and updated via a web based management system.

We\'re not too sure what\'s actually involved in this, but we have a full specification ready to go for the right developer. We\'re looking for someone with great app development experience and an enthusiasm to help turn these apps from a great idea into a great app!
