ADVANCED AGENCY MAPPING DATABASE,
Hello,
We run a company that obtains contracts where security staff are needed, like an agency we then recruit or use existing SIA security sub-contractors to work Via us fulfilling a clients need for security, we manage everything, normally on a recurring, or Temporary basis. We are looking for this technology to assist in preventing wasted application and utilising contacts.
We get between 5 to 50 applications within the London or local surrounding areas. More or less at the moment nearly 99% are over looked as they may not be relevant to a new contract, we then more than often loose track of who is who, and who lives where or contact details. We need to maximise use of 100% of everyone that fills in a new custom application. Even if to just have the contact mapped and listed on our books. We know we can expand rapidly knowing the right people.
Firstly we need the information from our online application (including uploaded photo) to be submitted automatically as an entry into the data base, and sortable, and that can be viewed clearly and searched as well as narrowed down by relevant fields if needed. Like a Facebook page in a way.
We also need all of the sub-contractors inputted (and verified) addresses to show up on one generic big map (preff google, using API) on a hole we need to see how strong our staff presence or potential is in one area. Say we are based in east London and get a job 16 miles away in south west London, we already know we have a mobile team to supervise the job, but we now need to know we have people listed in the area we could look up and look into recruiting for certain jobs. Or visibly how may people live within that radius.
The database needs to be self sufficient, so we can just let it work constantly in the background and use when we need it (once we have it we can use it all the time). We predict a huge amount of data entry's once together we work on a simpler sortable application form.
I have attached just a picture of a map with lots of pin points in one area. This is how we'd like it to pinpoint contractors as they are automatically added to our system. It is likely to be a whole platform we need build, and a manageable CMS we can update, add and remove any content we need to from files, and full entry's in general. The data will also need to be listed in one generic read-only database or MySQL as I think it's called.
Would like to get some quotes for this, and if this is achievable, would be be able to pay in payments over a set amount of time? How long this would take? Have you experience doing such advanced things? Help would be appreciated.
