Flash/Air video player interface to add, remove and recall listed cue points.

This app will allow the adding of recallable cue points to long videos. It's a learning application that allows the user to skip to the parts they mark with a name so they can contextually see the parts they want at any time just by clicking that cue point they previously added to the cue list.

Design is flexible to get this done as you may see a simpler way to achieve it.

Please target Adobe Air Player and develop in Flash Professional as the player may need to be re-skinned and have other functional additions so please include source files.

It should only play the source video, meaning that this is just a dynamic interface.

Functionality is key, so it's ok to just use or adapt library skins/buttons like in the attached concept image so your proposal should reflect that skinning is not required.

Only needs to run on Windows and Mac.
