Fix 2 issues in my Xcode project (Swift, Swiftui)

My app is a task manager which I am building to learn about swift development but I have been stuck with 2 issues for a long time which I cannot fix.

1) I have built widgets for my app and used AppIntents to make them configurable. This works in that it allows a user to select a user configured list to display. however it doesn't display any content in the widget. I noticed this issue in the console "Security policy determined view will be empty" but cannot figure out how to correct it. My Coredata and persistencecontroller files are both in a shared framework which I import into the widget and main app bundles and both the main app and widget are in the same app group.
2) Drag and drop is functional but feels janky. I would like it refined. I would like there to be a drop target below the subheading, not just on the subheading line itself and once you associate a task to a subheading there is no way to disassociate a task from it completely. which I would also like. I have attached a video of what I am aiming for.

At most I want 4 hours spent on this project starting with 1 (widgets) and moving to 2 (drag and drop), if there is time remaining.
