FB application

I would like to see if I could develope a Fb app for my website. I want a FB user to be able to display info obtained from my website on thier profile page. My website rates people and gives them stars for their personality rating. I want this rating (displayed as stars-see attachment ) to be able to be visible on thier profile should the individual wish to display his rating on FB. The app should be able to update itself in case the users rating changes on the host website.
Is this possible?
