Facebook Developer - Need Game Application Built

Looking for someone who has experience in building Facebook Applications.
The app we will create will use the natural viral power of social networking platforms. Therefore the kind of developer we are looking for must have a proven record of advanced knowledge of Facebook techniques and it\'s technical requirements.
We will need you to program the backend databases as well as the front end visual the player sees. Experience with this is essential.
We want to submit our App to the Facebook developer program, therefore experience within this area is a big plus.
Some technical requirements will include:
PHP / MySQL
HTML / Javascript
Facebook API used in encapsulated objects
You will need to use a Java Toolkit to build the front end, and some other toolkit to build the back-end swiftly.
We must own code 100%. Code must be commented throughout, and documented. Preferable written using an Object Oriented style.

The game content is vast and therefore need someone who is available for 6-12 months.
