Hello I would like a quote for a facebook app please

The concept being your put in your measurements ie waist hips and bottom and a charcter is formed in porportion- with a few choices to make it look like your self ie skin colour. etc As the client has treatments ( laser weight loss treatments) they input the new measurements to show the loss. After the course of 8 treatments they have 8 little visuals 1 being before and 8 being after. This is to encourge people to carry on with the treatment and help us post how well clients are doing without the nasty before and after pictures that nobody is willing to share.
I have not set a budget as I have no idea about the cost or time involved
